First of all, I want to thank all of you who are on the team and to let you know that as a result we are building an AWESOME TEAM and you are part of the team.

We are going to change the way networking is done: we are going to change the statistics to 95% successor more. Here is how:

• We are working as a team with everyone contributing
• We are committed to the success of the team not just the top leaders
• We are establishing a duplicating plan of action for all of us to follow

The FIRST 5StarTeam ad coop rotator is now ready to start:
Qualifications: Limit is 10 for the first group: (line up your list for the next 10)

• You are already an automatic geek member at the $299 with autoship
• You are committing a minimum of 10 hrs per week
• You are willing to take responsibility for 1 section of the marketing for the coop (you still have your own site to promote as well)
• You are willing to be accountable to the 5StarTeam to promote the adcoop site (this does not keep you from
• marketing your own site)

Here is how it will work: Rory (www.leadstreams.com) is very successful at generating traffic and leads-he has set up an ad rotator: meaning: the 5StarTeam promotes a common website that then rotates the leads to the individuals websites as the leads are generated. The website will be sent to you for the promotion after you are accepted for the qualifications above and then you will be given the choice as to what task you would like to concentrate on that week for the promotion of the group website with the rotator.

Here is a sample of the tasks (one person will be responsible for doing one task a day for the promotions)
If you do not know how to perform the task that you have selected; we will teach you before you start. We ultimately want you to market efficiently online and still work with the group coops too.

• Call center: minimum 25 calls per day- driving traffic to the group site
  
• Twitter- explore other social media
  
• Face Book
• Ezine articles- writing article and submit minimum 1 article- submit 10 per day
• Ezine ad submission- ezine publications minimum 10 per day
• Forum posting with minimum of 10 posts per day
• Blog posting: posting on Blogs and minimum 10 posts on blog comment section
• Classified ads: free ads minimum: 10 ads a day (ie craigs list, adlandpro, etc)
• Video-utube marketing- stay tuned for the info
• Group leader: to oversee the 9 steps above: will be responsible for the ad coop and working with the 9 selected and Search for potential niche markets

This should be a fun experience and valuable to the 5StarTeam effort of generating leads and ultimately sales.

We are wanting to have a positive impact and help everyone learn all of the 10 steps but not at once. So what you will want to do: submit your name and email address to Rick with the selection of the task that you may already know and put in 3 choices with the top being your first choice to the last. We know that we already have interested members and we want to be fair to all and this is first come serve and also willingness to treat this seriously. You are paving the way for our future ad coops.

We will go week at a time and then for 4 weeks or the days of that month: have you continue the same task for the month. Then we can evaluate and see if you want to then learn another task. We will have multiple ad coops and with the same way to hold people to the tasks. So, if you are not wanting to roll up your sleeves and work with the passion and mission of helping all of us, then it is ok. Just market on your own and we will applaud you and your successes. Market with us and we will all celebrate the group successes too.
